Prioritising Applications
All applications will be given priority according to their housing needs.
All applicants will be placed into the E band unless specific priority criteria applies. If priority criteria does apply than the applicant will be awarded a higher band dependant on their circumstances unless reduced preference applies for reasons such as rent arrears, anti-social behaviour etc.
